  What defines cruelty to animals   Animal cruelty is the crime of inflicting physical pain, suffering or death on an animal, usually a tame one beyond necessity for normal discipline.   Cruelty to animals also called animal abuse, animal neglect or animal cruelty.   Earth (our planet) is a very beautiful place. Here all the living organisms are dependent on each other and live together.   All the living things have right to live on the earth. We humans are considered as the most intelligent species on earth, but we sometimes become very insensitive to the creatures who cannot express themselves, especially the animals.
